About us:

I personally have been selling in Clarington and surrounding area since 1989. I came out of the gate with a dedicated work ethic and found success early in my career with the focus always steered in the direction of my client needs and situation. Continually striving to improve my level of professionalism and keep on top of the evolution of our industry to insure my client’s needs are met and surpassed.

This year my daughter Ayla has joined my team. She has grown up with the industry so her strong customer service ethic is well rooted.  She has been getting rave reviews and is a positive force on our team. Ayla is a marketing graduate, a world traveler and she is well equipped to handle her position as our Buyer Representative for our clients.

My focus is the day to day of our team, but my specialty is preparing a home for market. To make a meaningful first impression there are many steps that need to be considered and none should be overlooked. That is the key to any successful sale. I call it the background music!

From small, fix it jobs, to staging, photo’s, a professional cleaning job and more.  A strategic plan equals a successful sale and a happy client and that is what we care about more than anything.
